So many people say they want change, but you have to be willing to put in the work to make a change. Are you ready for that?
Life is not about what happens to you, it is about how you respond to what happens to you.
There are so many things you can always do to change your life, to make your life better. I want you to think about these three things to get started.
1. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. When we feel sorry for ourselves, it makes us feel okay about where we are in our life. If you feel okay, you won't have enough motivation to make a change and take a step forward. Start being thankful for yourself and your situation. Be grateful for what you have been through, let the struggle build you up and let you grow.
2. Change the conversations that you have with yourself. Stop telling yourself what you can't do, you are just holding yourself back. Stop telling yourself limited beliefs. You deserve more. You can't believe the lies of the world around, or else they will become your truth. Start telling yourself you will change because you have to. Your biggest opponent is not the people around you, it is yourself.
Change is hard, but it is incredibly worth it.
3. Start challenging yourself. If you are having conversations of "I can't", I challenge you to prove yourself right. I know you will prove yourself wrong, because even trying means that you can. You can't keep limitations in your life. If you feel like you're not enough, challenge those thoughts. Prove to yourself that you can do anything you want. You just have to be willing to go through the pain it takes to get to where you want to be.
If you do these three things, you will start to see change in your life. Don't accept excuses. This is possible.
Your life is your responsibility. Change is a choice.
