3 Ways to Stop Being Unhappy
I want you to make a commitment to yourself to be happy. Be willing to make a change in your life and do what it takes to be happy. It will be hard, and some days you may struggle, but it is worth it.

Here are 3 strategies to sue to stop being unhappy.
- Quit trying to please everybody. We need other people in our life, but you can't life trying to please everybody. Not everyone will like you, and that is okay. You can still be successful without their support.
- Stop trying to control things that you cannot control. How other people feel about you is out of your control. You cannot control the actions of other people. All you can control is how you react. Focus on what you can control.
- Quit trying to be perfect. We live in an imperfect world, why do you need to be perfect? Strive to be the best version of yourself, but that does not mean you need to be perfect. On the journey to get to your best self, you will struggle and go through pain. Embrace your flaws and what you go through, don't be afraid to wear your struggle. Let those moments build you into a greater you.
