Why Fast Day?
Because I believe there are a lot of benefits to fasting that extend well beyond the physical health benefits. Fasting can help increase your:
- Clarity and focus.
- Mental toughness and self discipline.
- Spiritual strength and gratitude.
Fasting isn't just about abstaining from food. Fasting is about eliminating anything in your life that is holding you back from greatness. It can be social media, it can be overspending, it can be alcohol, it can even be certain people in your life.
Remember, self-discipline equals freedom, and fasting is a perfect example of self-discipline.
- Intermittent fast 3x per week.
- Fast from fast food for two weeks.
- Fast from sweets for 1 week.
- No social media 2x a week
- Fast from shopping for a month
