I'm not a relationship expert, but because God has given me this platform, I am going to talk about relationships anyway.
I firmly believe that the best way to heal your broken heart is to give your heart to God. Like I always say, God will sometimes allow you to be completely alone, because He needs you to understand and appreciate love when it comes into your life.
In my darkest times, my faith grew stronger. When I was at my loneliest, I learned to love myself. Rock bottom is where you find perspective, and it's where you learn to appreciate and build on the foundation you've been given. If you place your heart in God's hands, I promise you He will give you what you deserve. If you put your faith in God, and truly try to build a powerful relationship with Him, you will end up where you need to be.
We've all felt lonely from time to time.
We've all wondered where our person is, or where are people are. We've all asked ourselves, "Why haven't I found where I need to be yet?" We've all wondered, "Why am I not happy?" If you can stay true to your faith and push forward, everything meant to break you will build you up higher than you can imagine.
Put your trust in God, and He will take care of the rest.
Stop worrying about the people who have broken your heart. I know that advice is easier spoken than followed, but you've got to understand that pain in life is inevitable, and it's something that can either crush you into the ground or drive you farther than you ever could have predicted.
Stop giving your heart to the people who have rejected it. Don't trust in what will only bring you down. It's a hard truth to accept, but the person you want the most might just be the person your life is best without. You have to realize that you might never get closure, at least in the sense most people think of closure. Closure isn't always about getting the answer that your heart deserves—more often than not, closure is simply understanding that you deserve better.
If you've been suffering for a while now, I definitely feel your pain. However, I'm here to tell you that getting rid of that pain is simple. It isn't easy, but it's simple. The choice is yours, even when it might not seem like such a choice. Give your heart to God, and use your pain to drive you.
It all starts with you.
