Read This if You're Feeling Discouraged
A lot of people think I have life all figured out, but I will be the first one to tell you that I struggle and go through everything most people deal with everyday. I want to show you that side of me because everything I talk about comes from a real place. I go through things, but I always make it through. I know that if it's possible for me, it's possible for you.
I go through moments, like you do, where I wonder if I'm doing enough. There are so many things I want to do that I am procrastinating on. Before I think about this, I want to put myself in a proper mental state to do so. So, I go into nature and I think about my life.
Sometimes you need to take a step back and look at everything you do and everything you have accomplished.
Don't get so caught up in where you want to be or where you should be. You need to appreciate the fact that you are no longer where you used to be. Appreciate your journey. If you constantly think about where you wish you were, you'll get frustrated and it will be that much harder to get there. Take it step by step and live life.
If you aren't putting in work to change your life, you are okay with where you are. Set goals for yourself to reach and make it happen. If you want it, you will be willing to put in the work.
Remember, it all starts with you.
