Self Care Challenge Day 4
Day 4: Training Day
Welcome to day 4, "Training day." You spent yesterday "Eating clean." Now it's time for you to "Train dirty."
Eat clean. Train dirty. Make that your mantra.
I am going to keep this short and sweet because we all know the endless benefits of exercise. Our bodies were built to walk, run, jump, and move. Not to sit, lay down, and be sedentary.
Here are some great options of workouts I want you to choose from to get your habit in full swing.
1. Walk in nature for 30 minutes.
- Repeat this for 5 rounds with 1 minute rest between each round
- Jump squats for 30 seconds
- Hold plank for 30 seconds
- High knees for 30 seconds
- Push ups for 30 seconds
- Boxing fitness class
- Spin class
- Rock climbing
The options are endless. The goal is for you to "JUST MOVE." Do it every day for at least 30 minutes. Build that habit of exercise. Your body is the only home you live in. Make sure you take care of it.
We are almost done with the "Self Care" challenge. It's time to bring it home. Stay strong.
