In my own life, I'm always trying to challenge myself.
This year, I decided to take my health to a new level. When I say 'health,' I mean a complete rehab—mind, body, and soul.
What are you doing to challenge yourself?
I guarantee there is something difficult you should be doing, whether it's related to your professional life, your physical health, or even how you love yourself.
Life is full of choices. If you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, you have two options. You can settle, and keep putting up with a mediocre life. Or, you can make a decision and change your life for the better!
Whether it's a health decision, a spiritual journey, or a paradigm shift in your mindset, it's on you to make that change!
Sometimes, things have to fall apart before everything can be put together properly. In life, the hardest decisions, the ones that throw your world into temporary disorder, are often the most important decisions.
You are one commitment away from a new life.
Always remember that this journey is about
progress, not perfection. As long as you're moving forward, constantly trying to become a better version of yourself, you are progressing. As long as you are challenging yourself, you are changing for the better!
What in your life do you need to change?
It's different for everyone, so I can't sit here and tell you exactly what it is you need to do. However, I know for a fact that there's something in your life you've been accepting over and over that you know is keeping you from the best you.
Maybe you need to strengthen your relationship with God. Maybe you need to take care of your health. Maybe you need to treat yourself better.
When it comes to making that change, the first things you need are willpower and commitment. The second thing you need is a plan.
One of my biggest current goals is to cleanse my body. To accomplish this, I decided to go vegan and start doing yoga at least five times a week. I know this won't be a quick fix—it'll be a lifestyle change, and it'll be a total paradigm shift!
You have the control.
Don't settle for less than your best self. Figure out what your mission is, and stay focused on it!
You're going to have self-doubt. You're going to have people who doubt you. This isn't about those people. It's time to put yourself first.
It's your body.
It's your business.
It's your life.
It all starts with you.
