Here's the big question for today: have you given yourself a death sentence? When I lost the NFL, I I believed my life was over. How wrong I was! That's why, I'm going to show you the warning signs to look out for in your life, as well as how can you can get out of that "death sentence" mindset and start living for YOU.
I ask myself: "What time in my life was I about to die?". I am talking about spiritually and emotionally. When I lost the NFL, I truly believed my life was over. How many times have you done this? You can't think that your future will not be better because of your past.
I was giving myself a death sentence. I stopped believing there was hope because I lost myself. You can't give yourself this death sentence just because you are going through some pain. Stop telling yourself "Its over" and start telling yourself that the one chapter of your life is over. Just that chapter of your life is over. But, it is your choice to start a new beginning.
The language that you give yourself will influence your actions. Speak life into your life.
Stop telling yourself that you can't. The words you speak to yourself will be what you become.
When you tell yourself you can't do something, you won't do it. You are cutting off the possibility for this to ever happen because you already made up your mind. Tell yourself you are trying, progressing, working for it, but NOT that you can't.
There are so much power to your words. Stop giving yourself a death sentence, and start giving yourself a life experience. If you keep showing up and trusting yourself, you will gain the confidence that you need. Tell yourself "I WILL" rather than "I CAN'T".
You are always just one choice away from a new beginning. You deserve to truly experience life and become what you can become. This will be hard, but it will be worth it. Don't be afraid to fight for your life.
It all starts with you.
