There are so many fears that are paralyzing you. Maybe you aren't experiencing all of these fears at the same time, but we all experience them.
Fear is convincing your mind of a result without the experience. How many times do we tell ourselves we are going to suck at something before we are even willing to try.
So many times we don't fail because we try, we fail because we don't try
How many fears in your life have kept you from being the greatest you, from your next level, or from building relationships. All because you are telling yourself a story that doesn't allow you to achieve it. This episode isn't to erase your fears, but to help you learn how to control them.
The phrase "do not be afraid" appears in the Bible over 365 times. God does not give us the spirit of fear, the world does and our mind does but we are called to operate in faith. I now this is so much easier said than done. You have home-run capabilities in your life, but you're allowing fear to prevent you from stepping up to the plate.
I wouldn't be where I'm at today if I didn't understand my own capabilities by trying and being willing to strike out. Some of you don't know how much greatness is inside of you because you haven't tried.
So, here are the three fears that are keeping you from being the greatest you.
- Performance Fear: The fear of not measuring up to the expectations of yourself and others. External expectations will keep you from internal progressions.
- Projection Fear: When other people project their fears on you. Surround yourself who inject faith in your life, not fear.
- Past Fear: The experience of your past is keeping you from creating another experience in your future. Don't let something you can't change keep you from changing.
